How do I become a member of ARS?

Simply fill out the contact information and you’re a member.  Once a member, you can post loads (if you’re a shipper), or contact shippers (if you’re a carrier).

How do I know if the company I am dealing with is reputable?

If the carrier is not in our database, (rating system) the carrier must provide their insurance, licensing, and authority information for members to view.

What about timely deliveries?

You’ll be able to see how carriers have performed from their ratings.  Both carriers and shippers have a rating system, and are rated by other members.  You be able to judge using this rating system how other members have performed.

How can I receive information regarding ARS subscribers?

The rating system is the first step.  From the rating system, you’ll have an idea how someone has performed prior to contacting them.  When carriers and shippers contact each other and negotiate on terms of shipping.

How quickly can I expect contact from carriers?

For some carriers, depending on the shipment, contact could possibly be made within minutes.

How do I sign up?
Click here and complete the online application. We will review your application and contact you as soon as your membership application has been approved.

When can I expect my login information?
Once we have successfully processed your application, you will receive your login information via email. We will also contact you to confirm that you have received your username and password and help you with getting started.  And to answer questions you might have about Auto Relocation Systems
®.

Can I get temporary access to Auto Relocation Systems® website prior to signing up just to check it out?
No. Auto Relocation Systems
® is for members only. The trial period is for you to actively use the service and determine if Auto Relocation Systems is of benefit to you and your business.  Membership is required, it is that simple.


I don't have my ARS credentials yet, but would like to start setting up loads. Can I get a login prior to my membership being confirmed and approved?
One of the values of Auto Relocation Systems
® is that shippers know they are working with established and licensed companies. Therefore, Auto Relocation Systems® requires authority and insurance to be in place prior to completing the registration process.

 

What are the requirements for a carrier to get access to Auto Relocation Systems®?
All carriers must have an operating authority (Federal MC number) and valid insurance prior to completing the registration. See the license and insurance requirements.

How do I become an auto transport carrier or broker?
Carriers and brokers are licensed by the U.S. Department of Transportation. Visit www.dot.gov to learn more about becoming a carrier or broker.

How quickly can I expect my vehicles to be shipped using Auto Relocation Systems®?
Depending on price, location and vehicle type, you may be contacted in as little as 15 or fewer minutes. More time may be necessary for geographically dispursedout of the way moves.
